Nude Gardening respects and uses its best endeavours to protect the privacy of our customers and will hold all personally identifiable information about you, like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number (“Personal Information”) in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1993. Breach Notification:
• If we suspect a privacy breach has occurred and it poses a risk of serious
harm or causes serious harm, we will notify the Privacy commissioner and any affected people as soon as reasonably possible.

• We reserve the right to refuse releasing personal information if it would
create: A serious threat to health, safety or life of an individual, or to public health and safety or it poses a significant risk of serious harassment, or would cause significant distress to the victim of an offence.

How your information is used
We will hold your Personal Information on our secure servers in New Zealand. Our website hosting service is based in Vancouver, Canada; they use a comparable privacy protection to New Zealand, named the Digital Privacy Act (https://laws-lois. justice.gc.ca/eng/AnnualStatutes/2015_32/), they are also subject to the NZ Privacy Act 2020 as they conduct business in New Zealand. We will not hold your Personal Information for any longer than we are lawfully entitled to. We may use your Personal Information and share it with our employees, associated companies, our agents and
contractors, for use for the following purposes:
• to provide our service to you;
• to verify and validate users’ and order information;
• to improve the content and operation of our website;
• to keep you informed about our website and our other services;
• to undertake debt collection and credit control functions;

Security of your Credit Card Details We do not store your credit card details. We use the DPS payment system. Our code is tested PCI Compliant – both PEN tested and intrusion tested certified by Security Metrics, a PCI-auditing company based in the United States.
